November 9, 2016Dale Osborne has worked for Montana Highway Patrol (MHP) for nearly 30 years, working his way up from Radio Tech to Lead Communications Technician and now oversees the communications system for MHP. He has been an APCO member for 25 years, the Montana Alternate Frequency Advisor for nearly ten years, is the Chairman of Region 25 Montana 700 & 800 RPC, along with the Montana Chapters Frequency Advisory Committee.

He earned a BSEE (Electronics) degree from Washington State University, has worked for the federal government on overseas projects and for state and local governments planning, installing, upgrading and managing public safety radio systems, from low-band simplex to 700/800 MHz P-25 Phase II trunked systems, with a bit of microwave and fiber connectivity thrown in to keep things interesting.
