APCO International is pleased to announce that the following individuals have earned the Certified Public-Safety Executive (CPE) designation following completion of the culminating course, a two-week capstone seminar at APCO headquarters in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Shanice began her career as a dispatcher four years ago. She has also achieved the title of Certified Training Officer (CTO) and has been training new hires at GM 9-1-1 for the past year.

APCO International officially announced that Patricia Giannini Henry, formerly APCO’s Director of Events and Corporate Outreach, has been promoted to Chief of Events & Corporate Partnerships.
