APCO Seeks Comments on Draft Public Safety Grade Site Hardening Requirements Standard

APCO International November 20, 2018 APCO

Alexandria, Va. – The Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO) International is seeking comments on candidate American National Standard (ANS) 2.106.1-201x which addresses site hardening requirements for public safety grade sites.

“This standard represents the requirements necessary to make mission critical communications network sites sufficiently robust to meet the service availability requirements of public safety,” said APCO International President Holly Wayt.

The public may review and comment on this candidate standard beginning November 23, 2018 through January 7, 2019.  Reviewers may use the following link to access the document for review and comment:
