(Subsidiary of Comba Telecom Holdings LTD.), a global leading wireless solutions provider, today announced that Steven Cheng, Regional Product Manager for North America, has been named to the IWCE Young Professionals Awards list, which showcases the next-generation of leaders in the communications technology industry who are shaping the future of the industry.

Cheng has worked in the telecommunications industry with Comba as an RF engineer and Product Manager since 2011. He has been instrumental in developing Comba’s latest CriticalPoint™ public safety BDAs and Fiber DAS solutions. Cheng’s innovative ideas helped Comba earn recognition as a leader of public safety in-building communications products. Due to his product leadership, his public safety BDA product was recognized for a product innovation award at the Tessco One Conference.

Steven Cheng will be formally recognized at a special ceremony on Thursday, March 8 at 9:45 a.m. in the Keynote Theater at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, where IWCE is being held. IWCE is the premier annual event for communications technology professionals. In addition, winners will also be featured on IWCE’s website and in IWCE’s Urgent Communications.
