Palmer Joins KMB Design Group as Regional VP, Telecom
WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J.– KMB Design Group LLC, a prominent national engineering firm, announced that Neil Palmer has been named regional vice president, telecom, and will head the firm’s newly established branch office in Dallas, TX.
“Neil brings a wealth of experience in the telecom engineering and construction industries worldwide, having worked in over ten countries across four continents,” said Stephen A. Bray, P.E., president and COO of KMB Design Group. “His expansive knowledge of all aspects of the delivery chain will be invaluable in maintaining our high standards of project management as well as ongoing communication with our growing client base.”
Palmer, who resides in McKinney, TX (about 40 miles north of Dallas) will head up the firm’s new Dallas office with the primary focus of expanding KMB’s footprint of services into Texas, Oklahoma, California and the rapidly growing southwestern telecom market.

Palmer, who holds a degree in construction management from Sheffield University in the UK has significant international experience managing large-scale construction and telecom projects in the UK, Canada, Mexico, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Laos, Australia, Thailand and Taiwan.
Prior to joining KMB, Palmer served as vice president for WesTower Communications and was tasked with the overall management of the AT&T Turf account in California and Hawaii. The project required a team of 300 construction and telecommunications professionals and included turn-key site acquisition, zoning, permitting, leasing, A&E, civil engineering, power and telecommunications.
