Emergency CallWorks Announces Reseller Agreement with Primal Innovation Technologies

Company Representative July 15, 2013 Product & Service Announcements
Primal Innovation Technologies to Sell Public Safety Suite of Products across United States

Birmingham, Ala. – Emergency CallWorks Inc., a leading provider of NG9-1-1 and incident management software for the public safety industry, announced that it has partnered with Primal Innovation Technologies, allowing them to market and sell Emergency CallWorks’ (ECW) complete suite of public safety products. Primal Innovation Technologies provides leading edge technology and consulting services specializing in public safety and emergency management solutions.

“ECW’s solution provides a fresh and innovative approach to 9-1-1,” said Teresa Richardson, Business Development Director at Primal Innovation Technologies. “Our solutions are engineered with widely accepted industry standards allowing not only integration between our core products, but across disparate multi- vendor platforms. Adding ECW to our partner ecosystem will enable us to offer an integrated 9-1-1 solution that aligns with our ViewPointe Situational Awareness and PrimalSTAR Damage Assessment strategy of delivering innovation without complexity to Emergency Management and Public Safety  agencies.”

ECW was founded on the principle to streamline and simplify the complexity of traditional, legacy Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) products by deploying a single, easy-to-customize workflow solution converging web-based technologies, customer premise equipment (CPE) and call taking-to-dispatching functionality into one modular application. Today ECW offers the only natively integrated, browser-based, dispatch technology in the industry for 9-1-1 call taking, incident management (CAD) and GIS systems.

“This strategic partnership is a natural fit for both of our organizations,” said Craig Dollar, president of Emergency CallWorks. “With Primal Innovation Technologies’ proven track record and industry relationships, we have significant opportunities to grow our sales pipeline across the United States.”
