Verint Receives New Certification from Harris Corporation, Reinforcing Commitment to Driving Excellence in the Public Safety IP Radio Systems Market

Customers Benefit from Compatibility with Latest Versions of Harris OpenSky® and P25IP Radio Systems

MELVILLE, N.Y. and LONG BEACH, CALIF., June 13, 2012  — Verint® Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT) today announced that its Impact 360® for Public Safety Powered by Audiolog™ solution has passed interoperability testing with System Releases OR9C for OpenSky® and PR9C for P25IP from Harris Corporation, a leading provider of advanced communication systems for government and industry.

Verint’s public safety solution¾which successfully completed the rigorous test regimen in Harris’ security lab in February 2012¾is designed to benefit organizations leveraging the new generation of standards for mobile packet data communications. This interoperability process reinforced that Harris’ software is compatible with Verint’s recording and playback capabilities across encrypted and unencrypted calls, enabling customers to continue to benefit from Verint’s integrated recording solutions as their Harris communications platforms mature and expand.
