FCC’s Final Rule on Improving Public Safety Communications Sent to House

Washington, D.C — The House Energy and Commerce Committee has received an executive branch communication from the Federal Communications Commission.
The chief of the Public Safety & Homeland Security Bureau at the FCC has transmitted, pursuant to law, [5 U.S.C. 801(a)(1)(A)], the Commission’s final rule – Improving Public Safety Communications in the 800 MHz Band, New 800 MHz Band Plan for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
