Franklin County Delays New 9-1-1 Center by at Least a Year

FARMINGTON, Maine — A plan to build a new emergency 911 dispatch center for Franklin County will not be ready to go before voters until next year at the earliest, instead of this fall as some county officials had previously hoped.
